Wine Tasting

Guided tasting of five local wines, accompanied by samples of local specialities and a technical explanation by an expert.

Pesto Lab

An experience celebrating Ligurian tradition, with a demonstration and hands-on pesto-making using a mortar and pestle, a taste of trofie with pesto, a glass of local wine, a certificate of participation and a complimentary apron.

Oil Lab

Tasting of four types of extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by samples of Taggiasca olives prepared in three different ways. The experience concludes with a taste of pasta alla frantoiana and a glass of local wine.
