Wine Tasting

Guided tasting of five local wines, accompanied by samples of typical local products and a technical explanation from an expert.

Pesto Lab

An experience dedicated to Ligurian tradition, including a demonstration and preparation of pesto with a mortar, a tasting of trofie al pesto, a glass of local wine, a certificate of participation, and a free apron.

Olio Lab

Tasting of four types of extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by samples of Taggiasca olives prepared in three different ways. The experience concludes with a tasting of pasta alla frantoiana and a glass of local wine.

Water Sport Experience

Thanks to its strategic location in the center of Rapallo, the hotel is conveniently located about a 13-minute walk from the beach and about a 15-minute walk from the train station. It's an ideal starting point for exploring Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, and the Cinque Terre, including by public transportation or organized excursions.
